Warranty Information

What is Covered
  • Defects in materials and workmanship, including frames, lenses, and hinges.
  • Premature wear, defined as significant deterioration of the frames, lenses, or other components occurring within the first two years of normal use.
What is Not Covered
  • Damage caused by misuse, or improper care.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
  • Loss, theft, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on lenses).
  • Damage occurring more than two years from the date of purchase.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect or damage.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by our team to process your sunglasses for repair or replacement.
